In designing our training courses we have focussed on the needs of our customers. Most people who want to become qualified in psychological testing do not want to pay thousands of pounds to be trained. Nor do they have time to spend five or more days away from work to attend a course. We believe that what is required are cost effective courses that can be completed as quickly as possible. We have designed our courses around these principles - without compromising quality.
Participants in our Level A courses are only required to attend training for one and half days: from Friday lunchtime to Saturday early evening.
We are able to complete the training considerably more quickly than others for three principle reasons:
- We use innovative, high quality, training materials
- We are highly experienced trainers with a great deal of knowledge of the testing and assessment area.
- Participants complete some of the learning and assessment in their own time before and after the actual training course. We assume that where possible people prefer to study training materials in the comfort of their own homes, and at times which suit them, rather than doing so during work hours in expensive training centres.
After paying for the course, participants are sent materials to work through in their own time before attending the training. Some exercises are also completed after the course. Our experience is that people typically take about four hours to complete the pre-course materials, and a further four hours to complete the post-course materials.
